While we remain open online 24/7, we’ve made important changes to the way we fulfill your orders to safeguard our associates, and unfortunately this means we’re running behind on shipping orders. Sanitation
All surfaces are sanitized multiple times throughout the day and after an employees has used equipment and handle products. Areas such as countertops, machines, workstations, doors, and other placed throughout the facility.
Individual Protective Equipment
IPE is constantly being use throughout the facility as a means to prevent the spread of germs and the potential threat of viruses. Induvial protective equipment consist of: Gloves, Medical Grade Mask, Eye Protection, Face Shield, and apron.
Hand Washing
Associates wash and sanitize their hands , and wear single use medical grade disposable gloves every time while fulfilling an order and throughout the facility.

1. What do I need to know before placing an order during the pandemic?
You can find up-to-date delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and in checkout. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools). To check on the status of your order, please visit Your Orders
2. Why are some Orders/Items longer to ship?
We are committed to fast and free shipping options all year, including on millions of items available for One-Day and Same-Day Delivery. There are certain times where we balance our fulfillment network capacity with our promise to our customers. At peak shopping times like the holidays, delivery timing will vary by item and delivery area.
3. Is it safe to receive or return orders?
Yes. We have taken precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. Please note some items are non returnable. Please be aware before you buy. Also remember to return in the timeframes listed. Any item opened and not in the same state it was shipped is no refundable. Please do not attempt to send back as we will not pay to ship item back to you nor will we take responsibility for items that are non returnable, damaged, and/or opened.
